A Hair Day's Night

So as my graduation looms closer, I am feeling extremely anxious. I graduate in two months! So what's next is getting a job somewhere where I know I will love working and learn constantly. I would absolutely love to get a job somewhere I know I will want to be for a long time. I have had my eye set on one salon in particular: (Salon K) for months, and I can't wait to give them my resume, and show them what a great asset I will be to their salon!  It's just making me so nervous because I've never wanted something this bad. I mean, at this salon they have an assisting program, which is exactly what I want to start my career with! They even sell Bumble and bumble, which I LOVE, so I would be able to sell it easily! So lately I have been working extra hard taking pictures of hair that I do, adding education and experience to my resume as it happens, and trying to be my absolute best self to be able to work for Salon K!  xo, E

omg i am so excited we are finally in the midst of fall! Of course, there are tons of leaves still on the trees, but we live in st george, and that's how it goes. Haha but it's still so great!! I love the feeling and atmosphere that sets over everything and everyone as soon as October starts. This whole season fantastic. And i can't wait for the upcoming events!! :)

suffocating

I know this is slightly dramatic, but I just don't care. I'll be as dramatic as I want, k? It's MY blog. But seriously, I am suffocating. I am trapped and I can't get out. Not yet. I absolutely hate this feeling. But even though I feel so trapped, I know I have to get out. I will get out. I just have to keep working hard and have patience. My time will come.. My time will come.

sunday morning

Do you ever have one of those weeks that is so long yet it flies by so quickly at the same time? I just did. And all this past week I kept thinking, oh I need to write this down, I want to talk about this, but now as I'm finally settling down to write, I can't remember what I wanted to write about. dumb. :( oh well, guess I should get ready for church now anyway.. Hopefully I'll be back to write more later.. (sigh)..
